Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Prints & posters have free tracked delivery to the UK, USA, Canada, Mainland Europe and Australia. Greeting cards are free to send in the UK, £4.60 to Mainland Europe and £6.00 to the USA, Canada and Australia. See Delivery & Returns for full details.

How do I know which print size to choose?

Each product listing shows the sizes currently available. Measure the space where the artwork will hang and compare it with the listed dimensions. Our Print & Frame Guide can help too.

Does my print include a frame?

If framing is available, it will appear as an option on the product listing. Check the selected variant before adding the item to your basket.

Are room images shown to scale?

Room mockups are intended as styling examples. Use the dimensions on the product listing for accurate sizing.

Do you sell personalised products?

Selected products can be personalised. The relevant choices or instructions are shown on the individual listing where personalisation is available.

How do digital downloads work?

Products identified as digital downloads are supplied electronically rather than shipped as a physical item. Always check the individual listing to confirm what you are purchasing.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email hello@avacardo.uk with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Email hello@avacardo.uk first and we will confirm the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Personalised items and downloaded digital files cannot be returned unless faulty.
