Free tracked delivery to the UK, USA, Canada, Mainland Europe (EU) and Australia. Delivery to other countries we ship to is £23.99.

UK customers can also choose Express delivery at checkout for £6.99.
Every print, poster and card is printed to order. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination; your checkout and order confirmation show the most accurate estimate for your order.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads are delivered electronically, so there is no delivery charge.
Returns & exchanges – 30 days
If you are not happy with your order, you can request a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
- Email hello@avacardo.uk with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days, or send your exchange.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email hello@avacardo.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay any return postage.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personalised items (made with your names, dates or messages), unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Digital downloads, once the files have been downloaded.
